UNIT CHEF-UVM-RESIDENT DINING
Provides Supervision and Leadership for all aspects of Food Operations and Performs the administrative responsibilities for the Culinary Programs as assigned by Unit Manager. Responsible for Culinary Planning Process and Presentations Standards For the Unit. Utilize all Sodexo business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Responsible for training and development of Culinary Staff.
Duties Include: Ordering, Inventory, Menu Planning, Food Production, HR, Training Staff, HACCP/Safety Standards enforced. Knowledge of TMC, FMS Helpful. This Position is the Senior Supervisor in the Unit.
